These terms govern your use of the Her Calling Room app. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What Her Calling Room is

Her Calling Room is a personal devotional, journaling, and wellness app for daily check-ins, prayer, Bible-reading habits, planning, and reflection. Content and features (devotionals, affirmations, prompts) are provided for encouragement and personal growth.

Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Your content

Everything you write in the app — journal entries, your private prayer journal, check-ins — remains yours. We store it only to provide the app's features to you and don't claim ownership over it.

The Sisterhood, at sisterhood.hercallingroom.app, is different: it's a shared community space, not a private journal. Anything you post there — channel messages, prayer requests on the prayer wall, event details — is visible to other signed-in members by design. That's a separate choice from your private journaling in the main app, and these terms apply there too.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to violate any law, harass others, or attempt to access another user's account or data.

Cost

Her Calling Room is a subscription — currently $9.99/month or $59.99/year, both starting with a 7-day free trial. Students may be eligible for a discounted rate; see our Pricing section for current details.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically at the end of each trial or billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings — canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period. If we change our prices, we'll provide notice before the change applies to existing subscribers.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Calling Room is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
